Sharing Our Gifts
Hello! Robert and Cheryl, here. We live in beautiful Boulder, Colorado and are excited to share details about the lifestyle choices we make to maintain our physical, financial, and emotional health.
A Prescribed Life
We want you to be happy and healthy too, so hope you can glean ideas for your own life after reading about our lifestyle practices that will help you embrace a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Of course, everyone is different, but most people will find following our basic principals for a prescribed life will make a positive difference.

Robert
Robert is passionate about his family, his art, justice, and the health of himself and this beautiful Earth. A prolific author and illustrator of notables ranging from scientific papers to heartwarming children’s novels, Robert makes all he does look easy.
Robert has always followed a noble life where great importance is placed on wise decisions for health and simple living. He exercises daily, eats a strict diet, follows a yoga routine, and is very thoughtful with his lifestyle choices.
Robert is also an adult-onset Type 1 diabetic. T1D is not a lifestyle disease like Type 2 diabetes. It is an autoimmune disorder originally thought to only present itself in childhood, however more and more adults are being diagnosed with this evil disease.

Cheryl
Cheryl has worked in many fields ranging from banking to baking to selling real estate to being a personal chef. She loves to create and she loves to help others.
When not hiking a mountain or creating a beautiful meal, you can find her assisting her real estate clients with their housing goals and doting on her husband and daughter. She enjoys creating culinary novelty while working within strict dietary guidelines, and believes the food you eat should heal your body and soul as well as be beautiful to look at.
Cheryl hopes to someday soon have a garden to tend to, a gong in her living room, and an enormous teepee in her backyard. Let’s wish her luck as she strives to reach this noble goal! lol
